We are a local community of beekeepers and bee curious residents dedicated to education, stewardship, and the health of honey bees in Jefferson County and surrounding areas. New members and guests are always welcome.
Our Mission
JCBA’s mission is to offer group support to new and experienced hobby beekeepers through education and community spirit. We promote responsible and sustainable beekeeping practices to keep bees healthy to ensure their survival. As ambassadors for the bees we pledge to help educate the public about the importance of honey bees and all other pollinators to our world.
Jefferson County Beekeeper Association is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

We are excited to share that JCBA meetings are now being
held at our new location, King of Glory Lutheran Church in Arvada. This welcoming space allows us to comfortably host our growing membership while continuing to provide quality education and community for local beekeepers.
